How to read this register

Entries are drafted by machine from DPR's published record and are factual by design: they state what the record shows and link to it, and they do not assess the merits of a bill. Where CRPG is retained in relation to a bill, the entry says so. Hearing records carry statements attributed to named individuals and are held to stricter rules again.
